Our Story
OKC Fleet Services started from a frustration we heard over and over from fleet managers across Oklahoma City: trucks sitting at dealerships for days waiting on a diagnosis. When an answer finally came, the estimate was vague, communication was inconsistent, and the whole process ran on the shop’s schedule — not the customer’s. Independent shops were out there, but most lacked the structure and accountability a commercial operation actually needs. Nobody was building something in the middle. That’s the gap we set out to fill.
We opened in April 2024 with a clear mandate: build a fleet repair operation that actually understands what downtime costs. Diagnostics within one business day, not three. Every customer hearing from us every day their vehicle is in the shop. Honest assessments and straight pricing — no surprises on the invoice. We called these our four standards — urgency, communication, quality, and integrity — and we built the entire operation around them from the start.
What we didn’t expect was how quickly the team would take ownership of those standards themselves. Technicians who take real pride in diagnosing it right the first time. Service writers who treat every repair order like it’s their own vehicle. That’s not something you mandate — it’s something you hire for and build a culture around.
Today we’re eleven people strong, serving commercial fleets, municipalities, school districts, and RV owners across the Oklahoma City metro. We’re one of the highest-rated fleet shops in the region — not because we promote it, but because the work earns it.
